If I had to write in two lines what Yoga is to me…well… I couldn’t! Yoga isn’t about being fit or flexible or having the perfect body. What is the perfect body anyway!??? Yoga is a way of living life consciously – full of compassion, kindness, love and passion. If I was given a chance, I’d write 50 sentences as to why one must practice Yoga but I can’t describe the magic. Get on the mat – you’ll know :)
